L’esperit del Saroa és compost del Salvador Trabalón, cap de cuina i director, amb experiència acumulada pel treball desenvolupat a restaurant de renom com el d’en M. Berasategui, el Celler de Can Roca i el Bulli, entre molts altres.
L’altra part de l’esperit del Saroa la suma l’Aroa Núñez, pastissera i relacions públiques, de tracte dolç i respectuós, amb una experiència internacional i reconeixements en totes les seves estades.
Saroa és el somni fet realitat d’aquestes dues persones, que sumen la seva experiència perquè tots gaudim de la seva cuina.
