El nom que té, el rep com a homenatge a Josep Fonollosa, en “Fono”, director del grup AEM-Belles Arts Teatre i dinamitzador cultural del Cercle de Belles Arts de Lleida.
Durant la mostra, diverses companyies amateurs presenten les seves obres de teatre, dansa, musical i clown al Teatre Escorxador.
